When did your 30000 mi service engine light come on?

When did your 30000 mi service engine light come on?
What's up, just getting an estimate for when your maintaince needed light came on for 30,000 mile service.
For some reason my light came on about 26k, so I call acrua and asked if i needed service and the guy told me it's just my 30k reminder. Doesn't seem right to me though, why would it come on 4k before it's due. I have been sketchy about my car since tranny #1 died at 24k and I don't know if it's my head or my car but i still think this "new" tranny shifts rough. I am going to take it to Pep Boys or autozone later to get a diagnostic done.

Yeah thats pretty normal for these cars. It also depends when you did your 22.5k service also. If you did it early then thats also a reason too. The light comes on every 7.5k mi.

^^ Yep it depends the last tiem it was reset. and has it come to the "stay on position" or is it still blinking alot then going off ?
