wheel decision

cant decide what rims to get. dont know much about them either.
I have a black 2001 cl-s, putting in eibach prokit this week and going for 18x8 or 18x7.5 wheels. I dont want anything too flashy, just nice and sleek - balance of class and sport.
what does everyone know about the following brands: Exel, Katana, Konig, Axis, Enkei, Nakayama and Ace? And what do you guys think about finish for wheels on a black cls? Im thinking hyperblack or silver. Ive been looking at:

Konig Tantrums in Silver

Katana Inspires (Hyperblack)
http://www.ec-securehost.com/OnlineT...Inspire_lg.jpg

Ace Lolas (silver or chrome)

Exel H-50 (gunmetal) http://www.wheelmax.com/Wheels/exel/h50gm.gif

Nakayama X7 (silver)

Axis Se7en (Silver)
http://www.ec-securehost.com/OnlineT...isSe7en_lg.jpg

Enkei LM1 http://www.enkei.com/LuxurySpecPAGES/LM15SSpecs.html

and does anyone have any other suggestions of wheels that are similar to these styles and under $250 per wheel?

I like the Se&ens better cause i dont really like the bolts or holes or whatever they are going around the rim of the MODs. Thats just my taste. But what do you think of the Alegis, also by axis:

or the axis speed six:

If you are getting something dark like gunmetal, black and etc. You should get one that have a machine or chrome lip. If you don't I think you will have too much black and your rims will not stand out. Just my opinion.

I think those are my preference so far.....

has anyone bought new wheels for an '01 cls? What offset did you get? Ive been told that i need a minimum +50 offset, but the application utilities on many vendor sites show wheels with a +45 offset as being applicable for the '01 cls.

I didn't like any of these 3.

The choices in your first post were much nicer.

I also agree with the guy above. If you're getting black or gunmetal, get it a chrome lip. Looks much better. I kinda like those Exel H50s. Dont't know anything about them quality wise.
Good luck,

I just ordered the Enkei LM1's with 225/40. I would've order them several weeks ago but I went through the whole 225 vs 235 dilemma...bah! I'll post pics when I get them

Nice... those wheels are hot. I was seriously considering them before I decided against chrome/polished. Here's a pic of morgan040's NPB with them... hope he don't mind

sounds like 50 offset is hard to find, but you can check out the ronjon wheels, those are built specifically for our cars, I have a cl-s and I wanted a perfect fitting wheel. just check out the specs, and pricing which will be discounted to board members.
here is the temporary website:
www.ronjonwheels.com
these prices are without the discount,

Either of these 3.
I personally like the Se7ens....
The Enkei's & Katana look like the RH Evolution C5's
