My cousin bought a new S4 but we never raced cuz we thought my car wouldnt stand a chance. But after beating my friends G35c 5AT he wanted to see what my car could do.
We were going home and we lined them up at a light. Right when the light turned green he launched on me and put 2 cars on me b4 i could react LOL he just left me at the light. That car is a BEAST in first and second gear. I decided not to waste gas and try to run him from a roll on the freeway. I called him to his cellphone and told him to start from 50mph. I honked 3 times and we both floored it. I KEPT UP WITH HIM!!! how is this possible? 2nd gear we were dead even and i inched away from him on third but he gained that distance back by the time my 3rd gear was over. When i hit 4th gear he easily put 2 cars on me and he was still pulling hard. When i killed it at 130 he was 4 or 5 cars ahead of me.
Did anyone ever run into these cars? I was surprised that i could keep up with a 340hp car from 50-105...
My cousin is a good driver btw.
My mods are I/H/Axle-backs. My cousin is just dropped with wheel spacers.

he he , regardless of our problems with trannys , i would say that german ultimate machines are severly overpriced and tasteless junk. people pay up just to earn some presteige . is it worth it? with this example and nightmare relaiability record, i do not think so!!

The new S4's arent turbo they are a V8

 

the B5 S4s were V6TT. the S4 has been a NA V8 for years.
