What's a Nice Sounding Exhaust?

Allright I want to put in a nice Exhaust system. I know for sure I don't want a loud system. I want something that sounds classy like the Boxster's amazing Exhaust. They sound so awesome that everytime I am around one I cut the music off and roll down the windows. Is there anything like that for our cars. Or is there anything you recommend. Also if anyone has sound clips of theirs that would be awesome. Thanks

Comptechs sound just like stock - IOW you dont hear anything.

I'll have to look into these Greddys too.

Hey cool, autocarparts.com sells it:
http://www.autocarparts.com/search/r...11&cat=Exhaust

Ouch, it's $889 + 65 shipping.
For that much money I'd need to hear it in person first.

edit - one weird thing: you go to Greddy's site and there's no such part listed in their exhaust page.

I think the GReddy is for the Accord, like most of our parts. I also think someone mentioned that it needs some modification to fit the CL.

I love the way my Magnaflows sound. Much deeper and louder than comptech's. But not raspy and ricey.

Allright, yeah Greedy does need mods to fit our cars I read that somewhere. Comptech doesn't sound too different than ours I have heard them. Can we make ours sound like the boxster, what exhaust system sounds the most like that. I love that humming noise it makes. If anyone has any sounds of theirs whatever kind it is please post if you are able. Thanks, Anthony

Yeah I know I will never duplicate the Boxster sound. But to get close to that sound or somewhere near it would be bliss to have something that has that low end grunt and high rev scream like that boxster. Borla is loud like for the Corvettes. Triflo is loud too. What is a quiet sounding one I guess. That sounds sweet.

IMO I have just that: low RPM grunt from the Comptech exhaust, and high rev scream from the AEM CAI. They both complement each other nicely.
