What's my car doing?

Installed the Thermoblock spacer today and went on a quick errand, no problem. Then went for a longer drive to check it out, then got an idle going from 1000 to 2000 rpms fluctuating back and forth over and over, then 5 minutes later check engine light and TCS light, got home and noticed exhaust smelled horrible. I did use a good bit of throttle body cleaner on everything and I let it dry fairly well. All electrical and vacuum lines are hooked up OK. Did I pollute the oxygen sensor? That is my only guess. I'll probably have to take it to the dealer but does anyone know what might be wrong? Thanks.

Answer: Code was P1129 which is for the MAP sensor, but I called Tischer Acura and the world's best service advisor (Brandon) said "that code will come up on your scan tool but it is more likely the idle air control valve". I changed it and that did the trick. Idles great again.
