I was wondering what a CL-P runs in a 1/4 mile. I'm sure that everybody has a cold air intake. but name you mods and what you ran if you have or a good guess. Thanks

 

CAI, xs headers, custom exhaust, ur pulley...i say...14.7? haha wishful thinking maybe? or i could be right...that's my guess tho.

Well these arent exactly racing cars to begin with. If all you wanted was raw speed you should a gone with an S2000 or an Evo.

Meh. Ours cars could never get to the levels that those cars can get to tho. I love my CL but it's not meant for pulling up next to Evos and going at it, i'm saving that for when i get my S2000. The CL is just a chill car, that it's quick is a good thing, but it aint a race car. FWD= disadvantage. Just take a look at Thinjim's thread "Before and After", THAT'S gonna be a CL race car :-D

Woops didnt mean to say never, again just look at thinjim's thread. but do most of the guys on this forum have that kind of money to convert our CLs to RWD monsters? cuz i sure don't! haha

Stock I ran a 15.54, with CAI, Headers and Pulleys I was able to eek out a 14.99 @ 93 mph at our local track, 2000 TL.

I go to capital every now and then .. i took my svt contour their and ran a 14.1. I like capital but thier prices went up alot.... shit $15 to get in and that is it $30 to race? F that i can go out on 70 or 100 and find more races! but its true .... cl-p are not made for racing but DAM THEIR SEXY.....MMMMMHHHMMMM
