just get the XS ones off ebay for like 150...theyre reliable and give you the same gains as the other ones

I have Megans and they are FINE. Any set of headers will do. Comptech is the most expensive. They all do the same job though.

why dont we have a deal where if you have less than 200 posts you cant make a new thread?

That's part of the problem... When I search for stuff and get 2391083019283 hits I'm overwhelmed too... so I post a thread asking for clarification on the facts that I got from the 2391083019283 threads that I read, and to see if there are some new developments.

I think we should cut a little slack for people with under 200 posts

Heck, every one who posted in this thread ('cept Ravi) is a noob to me, and I cut you guys some slack all the time

. IMO, sometimes it's just not worth the time to write back...."hey, do a search."

Does post count = level of noob-iness? Heck, I've been here for going on 4 years & 2 cars and this is only my 110th post. I don't think you can judge based simply on post count

Theres alot of people on AZ that arent noobs and have way less then 200 posts. many just search threads and have their answers without needing to post a new thread.

Yeh. I only really started posting more this past year. Something to do with hating my boss and not wanting to work as much.

I opt out of a lot of repeat threads cause I just don't feel like posting info that's already out there in the 9 million something other posts.

Unless someone says something that is completely wrong & needs to be owned....err, corrected

Sometimes it's not bad to have a repeated thread. Like does it really make sence to keep reviving an old gas price thread. Or mpg. Information changes.

You're not a noob... and a perfect example of why you can't go on post count alone...

I was always good at searching forums for info even before I joined here...

Oh, and I'd like the thank you guys like Ravi, Fuzzy, Lord Helmet, etc etc. for being helpful to the noobs and not just posting "search"... I usually give the noobs one link that I found on their subject and tell them to search... "Show a man how to fish" type of stuff...

But, I'd have to admit, I'm going to ban the next noob that asks about the maintenance light

The problem doesn't seem to be the noob vs the tool. It's when you get an over lap with those and the "I don't give a crap enough to look," some people get's pissed.

I take it you are still on your first tranny and set of brakes.

Other that that, it's a really solid car.
