Yeah but headers wont make a hug difference in 0-60, they help in the 1/4 mile more. Since I/H 5AT's run about the same times as a stock 6 speed, and the stock 6 speed runs ~ 6.0 0-60, then I say it'll be pretty close to 6.0, depending on how well you can launch.

Yeah but most I/H 5AT's dont run low 14's, I think most that have run low 14's have exhuast/pulley also.

I don't have headers or pullies and I'm running mid 14's, and I ran 14.6 - 14.7 consistenly without the Icebox . . .

Curious what my CLS 6MT would run 0-60s and 1/4s with CT i/sc/h/full-catback (305/262 WHP/TQ) installed and Volk LE37T 18s/235-18-40 PS2s mounted? 4.8-5.0s/mid 13s?

I know, I know... that's what everyone keeps suggesting. Never run at a strip before. I'm afraid I'd get really nervous and screw up real bad - like miss a shift and blow the engine.

Do you think a 5AT could ever run that with the same mods? Would we get enough traction to run a 4.8-5.0? That's M3 fast!

So bone stock what did you run, and with only the nero's & cooling mods you ran what? Also, how consistent does it run 14.5's? Just curious, because thats a good number for a 5AT w/o headers.

With no intake or cooling mods I ran 14.68-14.78 consistently.

With the Icebox and cooling mods I've run 14.58-14.65 consistently. My biggest challenge is getting a consistent launch that I don't get too much wheel hop or spin.

I do have lighter weight wheels though and that helps.

Ok, well thats good to know. So with headers you should be pretty close to 14.2 -14.1 or so. Thats pretty in-line with what other people on here have done right? I know Darrin has ran 14.2's, but he doesnt have the cooling mods but does have pulleys. Has anyone cracked 13's with a NA 5AT? Other than the 3.5L guys of course.

I plan on going to the track either this weekend or next to see if I can crack 13's with lighter wheels & icebox.

With just headers we can run 14.1's with stock tires or 225+?

so have the goal of getting headers and LW pulley...and while youre at it you should do the thermoblok and mugen t stat and fan switch to improve your chances and it still will be dependant on the 60 foot2.1 or better will be required

Nope, thats S-Trim money, no need or desire to spend anymore $$ on hp mods. It needs the H&R's installed more than it needs more power.
