What Else?

My Steering wheel is JUST A BIT off center. Enough to notice it, and see it, and enough to be really annoying when trying to keep the car centered in a lane. I always have to be steering just a little to the left. So, I got an alignment done, which helped a little, but not so much. What else could it be? Can techs actually adjust the steering wheels itself? I'm just kinda Any help?

my car as well, I had to pull my steering wheel a bit to the left... Dealer told me it could be the wheels, such as uneven wear, hitting the pothole, etc etc. My front wheels need to be replaced anyway, so I will get another realignment after getting new wheels.

They have to adjust the outer tie-rod ends exactly evenly to fix this. It will not affect the alignment of the car...just the steering wheel being straightened. They should loosen the lock-nut on the tie-rods and then turn them to the front or the back about a quarter of a turn at a time and then tighten...then roadtest and see where it is. He might have to do this like 3-4 times to get it perfect but it can be done...I do this all the time.

Where in NY do you work? Anyway, thanks a lot! Is this a warranty covered thing, or am I gonna be shelling out some $$$?

Neither...this should have been taken care of by the guys who did ur alignment...it's part of the alignment to get the steering wheel straight. Go back and complain and they should fix it. If not u'll prolly end up paying for it cause it's not a warranty thing. I've warrantied a couple of them in the past but very rarely so u might get lucky. As for me...I'm a Tech for Rallye Acura in NY
