They are just for looks. Really serve no functionality.

how do you guys feel about the UR 3 piece pulley set (with the crank pulley)? How much does this go for, and will it fit an 03? Performance gains worth the money??

I'm sure there is some gain. It's not just for looks. The pullies are smaller after all, this has to amount for some gain. Maybe not much as the UR sets. The power increase is in the crank pully. I didn't want to mess with the UR set till some had 70K+ miles with the crank installed. I choose to be safe.

The AEM pulleys, alternator and power steering, are the same as stock from what I understand and other than weight, they make zero difference.
The Unorthodox power steering and alternator pulley are the same as stock, just like the AEM set.
However, the Unorthodox crank pulley is the one which underdrives the other two, which is why they offer better performance. AEM has no crank in their set.
I don't believe anyone, including myself, has reported any problems with the Unorthodox set.
Gains are definitely noticable.

You will not notice any difference in performance from pulleys, exhaust, or anything like that. People who say they can feel a 5 or 10hp increase are just trying to justify there money spent. I had every mod you could get for the CL and the only thing I felt were headers and suspension. I think for the money headers were overpriced, you only noticed the difference from 5k to redline, low and mid range wasnt really effected at all. Personally if I could have done it all over i would have saved my money, just didnt seem worth it to me besides the suspension.

You feel it only if you are getting some timeslips or some dyno graphs.

Nope, the AEM pulleys are larger than stock thus underdriving the device it is attached, the alternator or power steering pump. The power steering pulley was only about 1/4 inch larger in diamter whereas the alternator was over 1/2 inch; from what I recall.

100% agreed, it takes at least 5% increase to feel it and no pulley set will give you that. Well, outside of a supercharger upgraded pulley.
