What belongs here (on the engine)?
I noticed today, while changing out my power steering fluid, that my engine cover has a cut out notch, but it is not making space for anything.

I've looked at a few photos of a CL-S engine bay and there looks like something sticking up. I highlighted the area on this photo. This is NOT a photo of my engine bay. I am just using the photo.



Just wondering what is supposed to go there.

Its a notch cut out for a socket wrench to be able to adjust the tension on the ps pump.
