fenderwell trim is a black plastic flexible piece that basically covers the exterior body right around the wheels. depending on which wheels, they are located in different spots. on the front 2 wheels, they would start just above your mudguards and line the exterior to where the bumper meets with the fender. on the back wheels, the trim goes from where the back bumper and back fender meet all the way to just about where the side skirts end. it does help prevent rocks and debris coming from the tires from damaging the paint. plus it looks good, nice and subtle, and it offers good contrast with the exterior, depending on what color u got

my best advice if u're interested in getting them would be to purchase through AHMotor. the package comes with good instructions on how to install them. just be careful not to scratch the paint in the process
