Just need some input. When i usually take my car on the highway, ill be at around 100KM/h, merging, then when i try to go faster my car does a weird little stutter where it feels like i lose some power for about a second, and then the VSA and ! lights turn on and the car drives fine after that :S. I know one of my VSA sensor's is messed up, could this be causing this weird stutter? or something totally different?

 

why dont you just replace the vsa sensor?

 

Acura said it would cost 270$ so im leaving it last because i needed/need to do other things to my car first

 

leave the VSA off for now...??? or does that still happen even with VSA off?

 

do you have a ton of keys on your keyring? and how hard do you accelerate? does it only happen when you accelerate or when you are braking as well?

 

ah sorry for the late replies every time i tried writing here my internet would mess up. Anyways the vsa is OFF, the car does the little stutter thing and the lights will turn on, and wont turn off again until the car is shut down and restarted

 

i only have 2 other keys on my key ring, one being a house key and the other is for another car. I accelerate from about 90km/h to 110-120km/h not hard, just enough to merge in with highway traffic, and yes it only happens when i accelerate.
