Well thanks to my girl, she got me a intake for the type S. I installed it last night, and it does hum at idle like crazy... It is so loud when the vtec kicks in. Its not loud when driving. I will post pictures when i get a chance.

 

Sounds cool! I have a silver cl-s also, but it is completely stock at this point. I have a couple of quick questions: How long did the install take, how much of the stock intake systen did you have to remove and did you run into any snags along the way.

It sounds like you are happy with the new sound and did you notice a performance gain as well? Thanks alot!

It's loud Mike...I'm used to it though....just my honest opinion...

 

when Quiteatypes mentioned the loud hum i thought of you dustin. that thing is loud. that's the only reason why i probably wont get one.
