The part that I need is the actuator behind the engine. They believe that the gears are
stripped for some reason. I would be willing to bring it to you guys but the thing is I can't really take days off so easily, to diagnose again and repair. I took one off for them to look at it and make to make the diagnosis and now need to take another to bring it in to be fixed (without a loaner). If you were able to order the part from the number on the order copy that I have, could you order it and I could just bring it to you in two weeks time or something when the part comes in? I was going to have my tranny fluid changed, the muffler peeling, and moonroof squeak all done together. If this is a problem I understand but life would be so much easier if a loaner was given so that I could go about business as usual.
