Although I didn't get to meet the great WayneG, I dealt with a guy named Frank and a guy named Pete. They were great. I was treated very nicely. They got me a rental even though my car came in last minute. My new trans feels perfect. The car feels tight. I am very happy with my experience. You guys have a new loyal customer. I don't miss Chicago anymore
