Today, I noticed that the lower rubber on the driver's door that keeps water out of the cabin has it ends to the outside.

Is the end supposed to be tucked under the door panel? If so, better let the dealer fix this, on my next visit?

I checked the passenger side and it is clean, tucked below the door pannel.

I checked a couple of other CL-s and the rubber is tucked under the door panel- easy to fix.
