I've noticed last week when it was raining hard some wetness on the passenger side above the tire wrench tool area. I've looked outside and above and I could not pinpoint exactly where the water is coming in. Is there some sore of water tray going through the area from the sunroof? I tried pouring water on the rear glass inside the garage while car is dry and and let it flow through and I don't see anything dripping.

 

I have the same thing, except the water is leaking in to the well that houses the spare tire.

Have no clue how it gets there

 

I have had this problem too! I noticed that the tool area was soaked with water. Still not sure where it came from.

 

I'd like to know what may be causing this as well

 

my old civic had a wet trunk once and i found the tiniest pinhole in the groove where water would run down the windshield and off the bumper (above the tools on the CL). I ended up just putting some silicone there and it fixed it.
