walbro 255 install

walbro 255 install

hey. i picked up a walbro 255 (GSS342) for future use (FI) and it has the install kit for an 92-00 civic and 94+ teg. do i need the wiring harness? see here:



i checked the install manual for the CTSC and it doesn't really say.

They all install pretty much the same and most of the Honda/Acuras use the same Walbro pump. The Civic/Integra guys use GSS342. I would imagine the pump is the same for the CL but I can't confirm.

You can just reuse the wire harness from your stock pump, unless the groud tab recieves too much fatigue and breaks (that little tab), then just get another OEM one.

Just checked my spare fuel pump and you got the right one.

thanks, that's exactly what i wanted to know. i probably won't be installing it any time soon cause i only have a few engine mods.
