I got a few questions about tint? What is the legal tint limit in WA? What can you get away with? What's this I hear about inspection? And where's a good place to get it done around Seattle? Thanks

 

I have limo tint all around (15% all-around except windshield which is untinted). I have WA license plates.

I have 30% all around and I haven't been hasseled at all. We don't have the inspection in Washington that others speak of. The only thing we have is the bi-annual emissions test, which you won't have to worry about since your car is newer. They won't give you any grief about tint anyways. As far as places to get a tint, I don't recommend the place I had it done, which was Pacific Auto Trends in Federal Way. I had to go back for some re-work and the job they did could have been better.
