What is a VTEC controller? Where can you get it? Why would you want it? Do you recommend it?

Only if you have intake/headers/exhaust and know someone who can tune the vfac to maximize its performance

 

does anyone know where i can get my ecu flashed on long island or how about a vtec controller would it do anything?

 

What he said.... if you get one you need it programmed by someone who knows what they're doing or you could even lose power. Not worth it in my book unless you're running all of the above plus pulleys and possibly even FI....
