Driven, Thanks a lot. I got it.
I made a deposit of $500 (total selling Price OFD is $15500). The asking price was $17999. It is a good deal for 99 Sienna LE with 42400 miles.
However, I was amazed it was on the dealer lot since 01/29/02!

Finally we 90% fiinshed the deal of this:
99 Toyota Sienna LE. Mileage 42470 Miles.
Options:
1) CD player
2) Al wheels.
3) Aftermarket Alarm system.
4) Quad Seats
It comes with 60 days, 2500 miles warrenty (with $100 fee per claim)
Cost OTD: $15500 ( Paid 500 on VISA and $15k Cheque).
Car has been serviced. Front tires replaced With some shitty Firestone tires
. Washed and some dents from the hood have been removed.
It is insured by Geiko.
It would be registered Monday at 8:00 AM and picked up sometimes afternoon.
All this for first baby and keep my wife happy
