God Dame Car makein CLick-clIck Sound Whenever i Floor it. i guess i need a Valve adjustment @ 76xxx. MIght Port the Head and the manifold while im at it than . any advice on porting the head?

Porting is my worst mod . Can't see,hear or feel it.

 

Porting a head must be done right or you will lose power. All heads flow differently and a flow bench must be used to measure results. It is not correct thinking to just smooth away and open things up then wala, gain power. I woudnt do it unless you have someone else who has already done it, TO THESE SAME HEADS. Porting Chevy small block heads doesnt even qualify unless they are going to flow bench them. This will add up to serious money. I had this done on my 280z head by a person who works at a head manufacturer and still wouldnt do it on the Acura. After all the time and money, we didnt gain much, even on a 26 year old 2 valve design. The CL-S head is bound to flow better than that.
