are radar detectors legal to use in California.....???

Radar detectors are legal is all states except Virginia and are not for use in Washington DC.

Hmmm...you would think it might suck to live in radar-detector friendly Maryland when you travel to VA & DC just minutes away......unless you got a slick remote V1 display!
