V1 saved me again :)
V1 saved me again :)
On 55 rt-3, MA, headling north, last night the V1 saved me again... this time from behind!!!
I was catching up some speeders... as usual doing 70-80... V1 got a full blast burst, an instant-on warning... so, I was aware of the presence of a cop somewhere.... few miles later I was doing 65 and still on the left... Got a Front and Back arrows and and a lock sound and flashing Rear Arrow!
Got very suspect and decided to to drop into the right lane realy very quick! :p
The second car that passed me on the left was indeed a cop
Wife got very exicted and asked me to speed up and follow the cop .....I said no no no.... She wanted to see someone pulled over.. and she got what she wanted in less than 2 mins... A guy in a Mustang convertable was pulled over ...
Luck me or is it V1?
It seems that cops just cruise the rt-3 and do rolling zaps from behind....
Sorry,... guys with no rear radar detection or none at all are out of luck

I am also accumulating many a V1 story
I never thought those arrows were useful until I tried them! The rear arrow is a big help within local towns also!

Rolling radar from the rear is too easy for the cops these days. They used to have to pace you in the same lane in the same direction but with the advanced radars today, they can clock you from [far] behind, and they can pick which lane to concentrate on.
Same goes about you coming up to the cop from behind. We need V1 more than ever these days....
BTW, why is it that every cop incident is such a rush when you escape?
