Who knows a good place that could install it next to my mirror. (curcit city...) really need an answer quickly, would appriaciate all feed back.

Try Tweeter's.... I have a lot of friend's there.
But better yet try any local caraudio shop. They will give you a better deal and you will be supporting your community.

The V1 is actually really easy to install...especially on the cl-s because the fuse box is located in an easy to get to area. Follow the directions that Shawn posted in the garage area. http://209.113.46.91/garage/v1_install.html
