used S100 wax for the first time >pics<

washed the car really good (for the first time in weeks) :o

when i was done there were still lots of tar spots and crap that wouldn't come off. so i wiped the crud off with wax and grease remover (PPG DX 330).

then i applied the wax, and not just on the paint, i did the trim, all the glass and the wheels too. this stuff is great because it leaves no white residue behind and it's one easy step. wax on, wax off.

and you can buy it at any harley davidson shop.

what do you think?

Looks good. Did you apply by hand or machine? How long is it suppose to last?

That is some nice leather furniture in your garage, matchs the CLS' leather.

Still trying to keep up with the Zaino masters? I know you were impressed with the shine at the West Coast meet. :P

thanks guys

Bluto, i did it all by hand. my arms were tired by the time i got done defleeging and waxing my mufflers. next time i'll hit the whole car w/ my buffer and some polish, then rewax.

Scooter, the lamps have amber piaa bulbs.

juniorbean, they sell it at Harley Davidson shops.

Legend, i'm up for the challenge

again, thanks.

I have been thinking about trying that stuff. I've gone through 3 bottles of Zaino Z2 and 3 bottles of Z5. Maybe that stuff works better

The s100 is easy to apply, but it's still second to Zaino....IMO.

i don't doubt that. and it's so much more important w/ a black car. but w/ silver you don't really even need to wax and it still looks good.

Yeah, that's what everyone is saying... but the problem has been finding Harley shops in Westchester County. I haven't really looked that hard... but I havent' come across any yet. Once spring comes I'll really start checking..... for now I just finish up my Mothers
