looking into a used car for the woman......have the option of both. Anybody have any clue?

Altima should be a little higher quality. Maybe a few more bells & whistles.
They're both base models (GXE) so there won't be too much difference. The Altima should be a bit bigger inside though. I believe the Altima engine may be a tad bigger, no?

coo, woman drove the alimta and asked her, "Do you want to drive the cheaper, smaller Sentra?" She was like NO
