I just got my 01 headlight upgraded last week, its an easy job, the only thing is you need to take your bumper off, and some kind of special screw driver to remove the cover behind the headlight.
Easy job takes about an hour or two at the most. good luck
someone will fill you in with the grill i havent really payed close attention enough to see the difference
good luck

Thanks. I'll update the grille first and then work on those headlights.

So, your preference is for the black frames of an '03 headlight? Funny; I have an 03 and prefer the shiny 01-02's!

I hear ya', but I'm not sure how the fogs will look if they are not tinted. Makes no difference I think the 03' Cl looks sportier than what the 01 does. Oh well, to each his own.

Funny, my 03 CLS came with 03 TLS rims (similar to 01 CLS rms), I put in the 01 roadlamps (and tinted them) cause I didn't like the holes Acura left on the 03, and I even tried 01 tails on my 03. Seems most want to make their 01s look like 03s and I was doing the opposite I guess. The only 01 feature I have now is the roadlamps.

Does anyone know what type of special screw driver is required. I'd hate to get my bumper off and realize that I do not have the proper tools.
