Upgrade 2003 tail lamp question!

Upgrade 2003 tail lamp question!
I go rear-ended this past Tuesday night. I'm OK, my CL-S sustained about 4 to 5K in rear-end damage.
I'm taking the opportunity to replace the rear lamp lenses to the nicer 2003 look. I understand that both the lenses and the housing will be replaced.
My question is:
"Will I have to do any adjustments to the wiring hardness, or will the 2003 housing accomodate the 2001 wiring perferctly?"
Anyone know!
P.D. I'm also painting the whole front bumper assembly in silver, no more happy face look for me!
Can't wait to get it back and spend about the whole day Zainoing it!
