Think about it guys if Acura didn't make a CL/TL that didn't have as many problems as our cars do we wouldn't be talking about how to stop the clocks.

How many people here bought an Acura with the thought in mind that this car is gonna last them 100+ miles. Heck I was one of them.

Now ask urselves how many trannys have I gone through? How many brake jobs has the car had? What does my leather look like after all the time spent conditioning it and cleaning it. What does my hood look like? Lots of chips, well what do u expect with paper thin paint. Who here can't hear the radio over the rattles and squeeks? Or my favorite how many people here brought their car to Acura to have the brakes and rotors replaced and were denied coverage because Acura now says that if the pads have less than 50% pad there is no coverage. Oh yea, even after u show them the TSB. What about the people who had to pay for their 1st tranny replacement, before Acura knew that their trannys were POS. What Acura not warranty a tranny even if it is under warranty. I can just emagine the BS that was fed to the owners of the 1st CLS to need a new tranny.

Defective parts, parts going bad, thats all one thing, but Acura not fessing up and backing their customers... .

It is BS for me to hear someone can not get an item replaced under warranty because that perticular item is considered wear and tear. That phrase is total BS. Everything on the car is wear and tear. It pisses me off that it is the manufactures discretion as to what is considered wear and tear.

Not very long ago my friend took his A4 Audi the dealership for a check up. He gets a call from them telling them that his clutch is shot, there is a cut in the Pleather in the back, and that one of his belts need to be replaced. Two days later all was checked out. Pleather was repaired, belt replaced, along with the clutch, free of charge. He never asked for it, but the manufacture along with the dealer stand behind thier customers.
