That's not supercharged, its Twin Turbo.

2000 Dodge SVS Viper Stryker Twin Turbo

Configuration Twin Turbo V10
Power 740.5 kw / 993.0 bhp
Torque 1548.34 nm / 1142 ft lbs

SVSi is the first company to conduct research and development to bring the first intercooled twin turbo system specifically engineered for the Viper V-10 engine. The balanced and blue printed engine is machined to specification. A billet crankshaft, Carillo I-Beam billet connecting rods, and custom J&E race pistons form the reciprocating assembly. The CNC ported aluminum cylinder heads are flow tested and include oversized Beryllium intake and exhaust valve seats for severe duty 2.02-inch intake valves and 1.600-inch Inconel exhaust valves. Valve train components from K-Motion compliment the Comp Cams hydraulic roller cam kept in time by a high-grade steel timing kit. An ATL harmonic dampener is used as well. The stock intake manifold is extrude-honed to blueprinted figures. The clutch and lightweight flywheel assemblies are chosen for specific application and all hardware is from ARP. To tame the 1000 horsepower for street use, an adjustable wastegate system is incorporated to allow settings that control boost pressure accordingly. The SVSi headers compliment the two Garret turbochargers, custom fabricated intercooler, and fuel system modifications. An accusump is also included to protect the internal components during a cold start.

An SVS heat sheild kit is available to protect vital components & help cabin temperatures.

This twin turbo upgrade is completely 100% road legal.

yes it's the same picture, but it was a mistake made by supercars.net. The first proof that it's a SC is that it is run off the intake manifold. The second proof is the giant belt and pulley attached to it.

Turbo's run off the exhaust manifold. And are controlled by the exhaust pressure (not a great description at all). So basically they are attached to the headers. As in the second picture i showed.
