What do you guys think of a two tone cl. Black on the top and hyper silver on the bottom.

 

i doubt id like it. im not a fan of two toning the cl

NOT BAD, but now you need to get rid of all the chrome to finish it off. 03 headlights and smoked fogs would be good as well

no. but judging from the rims, you have very different tastes so i would say do what you will love to look at everyday. and if ur gonna go with the 2 tone, make sure EVERYthing on the car is either silver (and matching the paint) or black. just off the top of my head that would mean new rims, black out the headlights and part of the tails, paint the grill and maybe go with black door handles

I had done these chops for another member a little while back. I personally like the second version the best, but that's just IMO.

 

Personally, I don't like it..sorry man. But, like always, it's your ride & you'll be the one using it so whatever YOU decide sb right... Is that an S15 Sylvia I see in the background???

 

as someone was saying in the thread that super just brought up, there isn't really any clear lines as to where one color should start and the other should end...hope that doesnt sound stupid...i would go w/ the whole 03 set-up on the front end, get some nice gun-metal or black wheels, and possibly CF hood...that's just me, but otherwise i dont think the CL should be two toned at all

 

the only two tone cars i liked, had a bit more aggressive styling, i.e. wide body with nice polished deep lip wheels
