I bought the car in March 31 2002 and drive about 40 miles each way to work. The car still feels good, would just like to eliminate a few rattles.

 

Why would you have tranny problems?? You drive a 2003 model with a 6-speed tranny.... two reasons you shouldn't have problems. I think only one 6-speed went to crap.. and it appeared to be driver error.

 

Hell, I drive 45 each way, and I only put about 32k per year on mine.

 

Before you had the tranny fluid flush at 30k, did you check the condition of the fluid? What color was it? I have 28k and the fluid is a light brown color.

Just wanted to know what the fluid looked like on your pretty good tranny.
