you should use the search button and research the two thoroughly as they arent as simple as picking between an AEM or Comptech intake.

Tip: If you want a quick install and something that will be pretty reliable in the long run, then supercharge.

If you want ALOT of power and are willing to spend lots to get it, then turbocharge.

 

$5000-Comptech Supercharger (the only one)
$7-9000-Fully Custom Turbo setup.

...to much money.

 

For reliability and no-brainer-hassle... go with S/C... I'm still in the market for one

There are no turbo 'kits' available so if you're looking to *buy* something than the S/C is your only choice. However, if you come to CA with some cash I have a mint condition CL already turbocharged I'll sell you.

What makes it risky? It's all about tuning. Both can cause damage.

 

Why? The turbo runs on wastegate so it's not like you are going to overboost.
