This was a kill... any which way you put it.

I had to go to Rite-Aid to pickup medicine and see a beautiful 360 Modena waiting to get on the 101 North. It had its windows open... which is unlike most Ferrari's I see, so I wanted to play. I figured he wouldn't do squat as most Ferrari drivers dont.

Anyways... I am next to him and whistle the blow-off. There is a drop-dead gorgeous blonde on the passenger side (I was to his right). Anyways... he downshifts and floors it... I open my cutout and let it rip. We went from 70-110 and I pulled in 3rd and 4th. There was some traffic so we slowed down and when it opened up... went at it again... 70-120; I pulled in 3rd and 4th again. Anyways... he started flashing his headlights and turn signal so I pulled off on Kanan and he rolls next to me and the ensuing conversation followed:

Ferrari: "What the hell do you have in that thing?"
Allmotor_2000: "It's stock"
Ferrari: "Don't shit me... that ain't stock"!
(The blonde is all giggly now)
Allmotor_2000: "Well, its got some work... just a little more horsepower than you.. eh?"
Ferrari: "Very cool" and gives me a

Now, I should have asked him: "Do you wanna swap cars?"

I nod and take off... the longest trip to the drugstore I have ever had!!

The Modena is definateley slower than the 911TT I raced earlier. Maybe he wasn't fully on it... but then why would he want to chat afterwards?!?

i remember reading a story where u got walked pretty good by a modena with your first turbo

 

I got beat by a Modena by 3 car lengths with the old setup... then again that was pretty much from a stop - it would be the same result if we were at a stop even now.

Anyways... on my way back from lunch I ran into another Modena today.. red Spyder. He wouldn't even budge - pretty car anyways!
