hey guys, it's been...what, like a year and a half since i've even been to this board, but hey i've been busy. school sucks. anyways, i've finally decided to get some parts for my car, other than the aem cai and the springs. i'm getting the comptech headers soon and i don't know where to go from there. i'm really tempted to go for turbo. i've been looking for turbos and the only universal ones i found were apex'i. the p25 and the rx-6. do you guys know if those will fit 2001 cl-s? and also which one is better? does blitz make any universals? anybody know if they make cams for our cars? if so, please feel free to let me know. well, i hope these questions are interesting enough to answer, i read all about allmotor's turbo (fkin awesome), is there a video of that around? thanks guys.

i really want to learn about what we can and can't do to our cars. i'm so eager to make our cars faster, especially after getting burned by a supra (although i know i was going to get my ass kicked). replies please :\ i'd appreciate it so much

 

on the turbo
whatever you get i'd recommend like a T-3 or 4 ball bearing
But I'd recommend getting a intercooler if you get a turbo it keeps your intake air cooler(which the density of the air is thicker(which is good)(this is the whole principal behind the Cold air intake) but i know Sparco sells intercooler.
as far as cams- it depends on how much $$ you want to pony up. because I don't know if Spoon or like JDM motorsports has anything for the J motor.(which is your motor) otherwise you'll have to go with 2 custom cams which is $$$.(you'll notice a serious amount of pickup but your mileage will hurt).

 

If you want a turbo...I would send an email off to allmotor...since he already did one, he can probably help you out with turbo sizing.
