Ok just got my keyless entry remote off ebay, and i used the instruction on the sticky and i still can't get it to work, any suggestions?

one more question, is turning the ignition off in the I position or all the way counter clockwise?

 

Check the FAQs. I found instructions there that worked fine for me.

 

 

from step 4 how do u rewrite and register the transmitter code?

 

I don’t know… I’ve never done the “TEST” portion of that page.
I only posted it for the PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS.

umm it says canada on the back, don't know if that would make a difference

 

Either you did it wrong (too fast) or the remote is dead.
It may take a couple of tries, but if the above instructions don’t work, something else is broken.

 

u bought the wrong one, you need a remote thats has memory seat controls and I think the serial # ends with 443 A
