Transmission COOLER?
with the transmission problems with acura cl-ss, does anyone know or have tried transmission coolers, and do they actually help a little or no?

I would say yes, plus use synthetic trans fluid and you should be fine. Countless members have done this and I'd say they are happy with it. Keep your fluid clean too.
