Tranny refurbished?

How can I know if my tranny has been "refurbished at dealership", that is, is there a way I can inspect from the outside and confirm if there was an extra cooling oil jet installed for the second gear (band aid?) I once went into an Acura owners site, punched in my VIN and it said my vehicle did not require?? or that it was probablly already done? it will give me some peace of mind even though I know it is not a solution. I am on first (factory) tranny and close to 90K miles, change tranny fluid every each other engine oil change. Any help greatly appreciated... tried searching in forums but no luck. All the best, Roger.

first off Acura dealers do not work on transmissions other than remove and replace or installing updates that do not require them to open the transmission.

second all transmissions are remanufactured for acura. Our units have not been in production since mid 05 TL model production
