Tranny probs ?
ever since I got my new CLs (now has 3k miles) I noticed that the tranny sometimes "shudders" at around 40-45mph. It seems like it can't decide what gear to go in. Is this normal, it's not something that happens all the time.

Mines has done this too. Feels kinda like a sudden downshift. My car seems fine otherwise. I noticed it when I first picked it up. I don't think it's a problem. I tend to think it's something with the climate control. We in FL need the AC on almost all the time. Maybe under certin conditions, like under load at that speed, when the converter locks up, the compressor turns on/off, needs the extra power from the engine, & there's your shudder. I noticed it does it on mine in SS, or auto, & doesn't happen with the AC off.
