3 qts.
If you're already on your remanufactured, updated unit, do a 3x drain/refill or a DIY Flush (drain/refill, disconnect both lines, start car and allow 3 qts to come out, refill, repeat) with a synthetic ATF such as Amsoil ATF or Specialty Formulations ATF-Z1 in attempt to prolong the life of the unit. The Honda ATF-Z1 turns brown very quickly, whereas these two do not seem to have the same problem. If you do a full flush with either of those fluids, a flush every 60K should be fine.
