dont do a flush. Its against what honda says and it probably will mess up your tranny. Just do 3 fluid changes. It takes about 10 qts or so and will take out about 98 percent of the fluid. Do one, drive and make sure it goes through all the gears, neutral and reverse, change fluid and repeat 2 more times.

6-speeds are easy, there's a filling bolt, a level drain and the regular drain plug. Pull all (3), I think the top one is just a 3/8" square ratchet size (had to use extension pieces) and let it drain. Put in the bottom one and then fill it till it starts to drip out of the middle bolt. This is how you know how full it is. Once it slows to a drip, put the other bolts back in and your done. I did it with my oil change and took an extra 15 minutes.

I'm doing mine a little differently, 3 quarts at a time, once a week for 4 weeks. Thats because I probably wont get enough time in a day to do the whole thing at once. and doing it 4 times just to go an xtra mile.
