Trade in CLS for TLS

You guys think I should trade in my CL Type S for the new TL Type S. I think I might have to shell out another 1500 for the trade. The interior is almost the same except for the four doors. I like the exterior though cause the TL Type S looks meaner. Give me some opinions. The CL S is faster though.

I know what you mean about the TLs...they look a lot cleaner in exterior styling, but I think that they are going to want a lot more than $1500 to get a Type-S..
Note: this is about Mustangs...
A dealer was telling me that the moment you drive the Mustang off the lot...you just lost about 3K in resale value.

I'm sure it's gonna be more than 1500 because TLS's are selling at MSRP on Long Island.

If you can get it for 1500 and your car AND you need the extra room.
Then do it.

Else
Don't do it. Wait for 2004 if you can. That is when I plan to see about another one.

Don't think that you would be able to get it for just 1500 more unless you have less than 5K miles on it.

Good Luck.

I have a friend who traded in his CL TYpe S for free. I have about 5000 miles on my car. the interior is exactly the same. It's just that there's more headroom in the back. I don't sit in the back so I could care less. I love the styling of the TL TYpe S though. Just looks mean. Legroom is the same in both cars. Only difference in space is headroom and theirs no storage compartment in between the seats in the back. THough the divider still looks uncomfortable. Besides that, it's basiaclly the same car but just a little heavier and with four doors. Ok, guess I will keep my CL S , thanks guys.
