Track time from LACR

This being my first time at a track, i was just experimenting with launching.
My best launch was a 2.3X (cant remember the rest), and my best was 14.92 at high elevation, adjusted to sea level it comes to 14.47

Conditions: 50 F, my tires were set at 35 psi all around, i didnt bother lowering them since i hotlapped my last 5 runs. My last run was the best, and my last two runs is where i started getting the launch down.
THis being my first time there, at a track that is known to be slippery (it also rained right before my good runs), i think i can easily run a much better time. Any other good tracks close to LA,CA?
I think some better fuel might help as the car didnt run as good as it usually does. I also need an oil change and to clean my icebox(over 4k on them), but these are not of big concerns.
Gsdave ran a best of 14.65 which is equal to a 14.21, quite impressive i must say!

i just checked my 60 footers and was quit surprised. i actually got a 2.25 60 feet on the last two runs, and it would of been even lower at sea level. looks like i got the launching down so next time, i might be able to pull a 2.1 60 foot.

would the altitude really affect your 60ft time that much? i know in the 1/4 mile it would, just wondering about 60ft.

i would think you can use the same multiplication for the 60 ft. if i do that though, the 60 becomes 2.18 which doesnt seem right because that is a really good number. i doubt i could pull that off given track conditions and this being my first time.

my best launches were with tb. since i didnt want to stress the torq converter, i didnt go higher than 1700 rpm. auto
i did tb on my last two launches and got the exact same 60 ft.
used gateshift every time.
