does anyone know what "brake horsepower" means? at the wheels, or at the crank?

Just for reference, 174 mph is about the top speed of a C5.

how stupid to test the top speed on a runway? no one heard of an 2-mile oval track?.. Jay leno should test drive that beast on an oval runway...

I think they knew they couldn't reach the top speed before running out of room, so they just tested it anyways! top speed is surpposed to be 245mph.
