1. The Lights.. HID's are sweet at night. Except for the stupid people that flash you because they think you have your high-beams on

2. The steering wheel audio controls, I get alot of use out of them.

3. The engine, hearing the engine rev up to the redline and still pulling hard is pure sweetness....

3. the dual exhausts, altho not a real dual exhaust system, but still looks cool.

Come on... potential? this car has jack shit potential... at best it will run high or mid 13s with a supercarger... it will never run 12s or 11s that other cars have been able to run (supra, rx7, lexus IS, BMWs). The weakly built bottom end and EVEN WEAKER 5 speed auto transmission is just pathetic. You've seen people try to boost accord engines with turbos and didn't turn out for shit (HKS Turbo Accord ran only .3 seconds faster on 1/4 mile with moderate boost levels). The stock internals on this car suck and so there is no potential for it to really be any competition. Secondly the car is too damn heavy and weight ratio is not as great as other cars. Third, front wheel drive sucks. If you're talking about a car with potential look at the supra, forged rods, ceramic coated pistons, a beastly auto tranny that can handle up to 600hp no problems and last but not least RWD... I don't think our CLs have any potential to compete with the big boys (M3, Corvette, Camaro SS, Supra, RX7, IS) and that's why this platform was never and will never be used in professional racing circuits. (btw, all the above cars ARE/WERE used as race cars)

Why did you get one then? If your goal was to get a car to mod, to race in, or get 1/4 mile times of 12 seconds or less, you did get the wrong car. The CL Type S is not all about speed, or straight line go power. It handles, & has alot of luxury. The cars you listed are in a totaly different class, & designed for racing. The CL wasn't. .

 

1.) VTEC roar - The sound is such an attention getter.
2.) H.I.D. - a must have for any future car purchase of mine.
3.) Auto-dimming rear view mirror - one of the best "small" features.

Ones that didn't crack the top three are...
4.) 2 position memory seats
5.) heated outside mirrors

 

1) Bang of the Buck
2) With a few mods, looks bad ass
3) Fun to drive. I love driving it.

The seats are really, really top notch too.

my bad, I missed that. But since your bring it up, the CL is just an upgraded accord. Not trying to talk shit but the CL is an upgraded accord just like the G35 is an upgraded Maxima.
