Took the 911 turbo out yesterday!!!
I was driving around in the 1996 911 turbo you can see in the pics. There is nothing like it with the great combination of power, braking and handling. I did 150 mph when I wasn't even on the highway, and drove by a cop I don't know if he got me on the radar. So from 150mph I slammed on the brakes and the car just slowed down like it was nothing, I made a right and never saw the cop.
Nobody would race me though which pissed me off.
I rolled up on a few cars and they didn't want any.
the list includes-
Suzuki Katana- I was at the red light next to the guy and launched it from 3500rpm, awd hooked up and i was out, the guy didn't even try to race-pussy.
Cobra Mustang- he would have gotten destroyed it was a 1994-95 looked pretty stock.
1995-1998 Carrera 4s- Old man, I hung my arm out the window and told the guy to pull up next to me and he rolled down the window, I said let's go, as soon as I hit the gas, I was out except he didn't go over 40mph. pretty gay.
Firebird-RamAir- This guy tried for a second- but it was a joke, I let him go for first and get ahead, then I caught up from behind, no problem, I was just playing with the guy.
There really was nobody that was real competition, but it's fun to beat up on the guys who beat up on me in the CL-S. MOst of them act like pussy's and don't even race.
As for the 911 turbo, even with awd this car fish tail's like a motherfucker, and I could catch 2nd and 3rd gears easily. I loved downshifting and making the tires chirp, that is my favorite fucking car I have ever driven. It has a great combo of acceleration handling and braking which makes it great for going fast on the street. You can see pics in my sig.

sounds like you try to race anything with tires. sure is a long thread for no actual racing. Should have looked for a Z06/WS6/Supra/RX7 etc etc... race something that's worth running against or at least race cars with mods.
still, the last gen turbo 911s are my favorite cars. *drool* ... a friend of mine rented one few years ago. it's a beast.

Most of the jerk offs with porsche's don't know how to drive. They buy fast cars that they can't even drive. The 1-2 shift is the one. 1st gear is gone in no time.
What do you have done to the lightning?
My boy has one with nitrous running 11's.

Watch out for the new Ram SRT10 500hp 6spd on slammed on 22's.
Also I hate fags with fast cars who are afraid to lose.
I still race people in the CL-S that I know will beat me. You will be surprised at how many people can't even drive for shit.

I'm in the DC area, I'll run you (I think it's your 911) in my RS6. I'm pretty sure I'll lose but want to see what the margin is. Next month when I get my MTM chip we can run again. PM me.

OOPS nevermind...just saw he had a 1996...shit I'll race him in my bone stock RS6 - it should be fun. Good place for us to run is on RT50 going towards Annapolis. You'll def. kill me on twisties though.

Its alright Tom2, your not only the resident asshole, but your also probably a automatic driver. Why don't you pull over you Barbi big wheels and stay out of our way. AC by the way how is the RS6 holding up. Have you really got on it yet? I'm not disappointed in the CL-s power but honestly did expect more. I have drove eclipse turbos that seemed faster then my CL-s six speed. By the way is the RS6 AWD? Not to rag on your new car, but you've gotta be a little dissappointed with the interior, i mean when a car is that expensive and its got no Navi? come on now, i'd still light my car on fire for yours.

Reddly, no sweat, and yes I am a bit dissapointed in the interior but it does have a GHEY ass NAVI. I've got on the RS6 many times and I think in about 1000 or so more miles I will chip it. Yes it is AWD.

When you got it did the dealer tell you how many RS6's there are in America? Must be quite a suprise when you roll up on people and race them, and wipe their faces on the ground. How is the handling? I'm dissappointed with the CL-s steering first of all, and the stock tires absolutely blow!

I was told 800 only are coming to the US, but who knows. Most people don't know what a RS6 is so yes I do stomp on quite a few cars. The CLS is a FWD car and you're gonna naturally have some understeer and I'm sure the car is a bit nose heavy so what you're feeling is natural I guess. The handling on the RS6 is amazing, especially on turns due to Quattro.

Yea i could imagine, I wanted a AWD Audi. I was initially looking at the S4, used of course. Apparently i'm not a baller like you over there. Regardless I know AWD makes such a big difference, and wish the Acura was but what can i do. You really hit the jack pot over there, a fast, 6spd, 4 door, AWD car thats huge. Congrats

993 Turbo is awesome, I thought the post was kinda weird though. Many PREFER the 993, as the 996 is less fun (easier to tame) and larger. Hell I own NEITHER.
