TL Type S run 0-60mph in 6.6 secs and 15,1 sec for the 1/4 mile on Motorweek.
Motoweek running every Sunday on PBS and other days on Speedvision did a TL Type S review. The performance numbers are in the subject. Motorweek is known to be posting slower than usual numbers though.
Overall they loved the car. They made a huge mistake. They said that at about $33K it costs as much as a 330i. Wow! These guys need to redo the research on pricing and adjust for options. By the way, at $33K the TLS includes the GPS. So it is FULLY equipped. I dont even wonna do the math to figure out how much a 330i FULLY equipped will cost cos I will get even more pissed at BMW.
PS: Did you know that in Germany public companies are not mandated to post quarterly results? BMW posts every 6 months and they consider this a favor to investors. Man!
