Looking at the pic, it looks like one piece and the headlightes is up to the chrome. You'ld have to change to the tl-s lights, if it fits.

Nova is right... its just a seperate piece.... you really think cheap ass acura is manufacturing two different bumpers and stocking them at the dealer

It just bolts on under the chin.

Either way.... I dont think it will fit. Sorry. :\

Ahhh! That's what an underbody spoiler is- it's just a front lip. Looks damn good though.

I've got bad news and good news guys- the nose from the 02 TL will not fit the CL, but, the good news is that there is a kit coming for the CL- sides front and back. You can see it in the new Velocity Magazine from the Honda-Acura Club.

It SURE ain't cheap.
I just did a "build your own" on the Acura site.

Front Under Body Spoiler = 469
Rear Under Body Spoiler = 520
Side Under Body Spoiler = 390

Total = 1379 INSTALLED !!!!!!!

That's a BIG ouch.....

what i thought he meant was the whole bumper was replaced with a new one its not you attach a one piece chin spoiler two the bumper making them two seperate pieces...jens i hope youre right but that dude who built the 3.5 cl said they had just talked about it and the idea was scrapped and if they were to decide to make one today it wouldnt be ready for 3 yrs but like i said IHOPE YOURE RIGHT cause id like one

Dude....now pay attention...the car your friend and the other dealers are going out and checking are stock TLs. This lip is an aftermarket add-on. which means the piece that is there now is just the bumber (1 piece) the lip, you have to order (2nd piece)

Hey you guys,I went to acura.com under tl-s. I went to build you own, youre right, its a second piece for the front spoiler, which is listed on the exterior parts. But, the front bumper for the tls is different than the cls in its design. It would need major customizing. Oh, the part is listed for $469 on acuras page.

Looks damn cool to me
1-piece, 2-piece, I don't give a crap - It looks good

However, those of you with the springs may think again on it.
